Communications Specialist
Nathan oversees all things related to storytelling at the Butler School of Music. He handles much of the marketing and publicity for the music school, which includes tasks like writing news stories for the website, hosting the weekly music school podcast, and managing the school’s social media presence. Nathan joined the music school due to a lifelong love of classical music. Before moving to Austin, he worked as a television producer for 15 years in Los Angeles for companies such as NBC, PBS, Warner Brothers, and Fox Sports. He currently also teaches in the Radio, Television, and Film department in the Moody College of Communication. When not working, Nathan enjoys backpacking, model making, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two young daughters.
